No, if you have a SOLID 1.0, you're average. Stop being the mom who promotes everyone getting a "Participation" award. Nothings wrong with being average, but don't call something great that's clearly not.

What % is 1.0? Because if it's below 50 then statistically it's better than average.

Being truly average and being "good" average are two different things really. One focuses on technicality, and the other is an average opinion of all the "good" players.
