Freaking God of War. I've played since Day 1 and I still don't have the dang thing.
It makes me sad when I see players wearing it who are obviously brand new to the game.

Yeah it's broken. You might be one of the few lucky ones. I haven't gotten any since ttk. Almost 30 levels latter.
