Curiosity is, Insight is not yet listed as bugged. In order to acquire this card, you must get all 50 calcified fragments on a single character. To track a character's progress on this, you will need to use pencil and paper as you methodically traverse the list of all the locations with said character, assuming you do not see 50/50 on the Deadnaught mission selector screen.
