[b]Cabal Empire[/b] We fight the Cabal several times throughout the story and they have sent messages to their homeworld. It would be cool for us to fight the actual empire, the emperor, learn more about the predicament of the psions. I've wondered whether they're slaves, mutants, mutualistic partners, or some other status compared to actual potato-faced Cabal. Perhaps have new locations on Mars for them like Olympus Mons or the poles.
