Hit detection is a big issue at the moment. It shows up very often with bladedancers though. And i've seen a lot of floating bodies on ps4 as well. It happened in trials last night after a triple nova kill, and i wasn't sure why they didn't evaporate.. They just floated there next to each other lol. Health bar after death is a constant for me now, and people glitching around the map showing green bar is a thing too.
