The only people who realize it is bait are the smart people and the people who know the reference that you made in your tags.
Fortunately I fit into both categories and see this post for what it is.

I knew it was a joke before even seeing the tags. But regardless even if OP was serious, I still got a laugh out of it. People should instead laugh at stupid people regardless if they actually stupid or just being stupid.
