No other exotic literally penalizes you for using it. It's the only exotic with a "trade off". Imagine duration being reduced by 1/3 at the cost of blinding for ward of dawn, duration of storm trance reduced by 1/3 at the cost of having land fall enabled. It doesn't make sense that we have to lose super time because we get an extra shot (that no one even gets anyway). 8 seconds is barely long enough to get [i]three[/i] shots out successfully
