Out of the shadows behind him, a voice spoke up. "Nice find. Garuud will be here soon." Alice then steps out the shadows into the beam of light above, clad in her armor plating and regular Attire. "Boo, by the way." She says with a smile felt rather than seen.

Garuud showed up on his ship and transmatted out in front of the entrance. " Nice find! Wanna go introduce ourselves?" Garuud said with a giant smile.

Good. Now that his companions were here, they could finally continue on their journey. He looked back at the open maw of the Hive gate, seemingly inviting them into its dark interior. "Let's go," he said with nervous tension in his voice. Then he fully turned to the entrance, and marched onward into darkness.

Garuud walked up beside Anaxis. He was humming then started singing under his breath. " Follow the yellow brick road, folllooooww the yellow brick road." Garuud turned to Anaxis. "You know what they say, when you stare into the abyss. The abyss stares back." Garuud said with a smile as they headed into the open maw in the surface of the moon.

"If every patch of darkness is an abyss, we would probably have a lot more stare offs." Alice walks in behind them, guarding the rear.

" hahah I can just shut off my receptors, it looks like I am looking but I am actually hibernating. Works every time."

"Except for when you get attacked and you can't feel it." She walks into the darkness without fear, even though it's practically pitch black.

" Not to big of a worry for me honestly." Garuud said as he ducked under a low hanging stalagmite. Another voice spoke up as well. ( Mature voice) " On account of the healing abilities of ours." (Childish voice) " Weeeerrreeee invincible!"

Anaxis ignored the conversation behind him, instead focusing on the areas that Maxus lit up. It was your basic Hive interior, hadium architecture, chains dangling from the ceiling. The only difference being that it was almost pitch black inside, and the only sounds being made were their footsteps. Other than that, pure silence. It unnerved him to no end. Hive temples always, [i]always[/i] had some form of guard to these places. They should be fighting for their lives against wave upon wave of Thrall, Acolytes, and whatever else they could throw at them. But nothing came at them. Not even some sort of advance warning. Where were they? Was this place abandoned, and if so, why? They were coming up on another door, this one being closed. He stopped where he was. Something didn't feel right about this. They were deep into this place already and not one sign of contact. He took a two more steps into the room and- The entire room seemingly exploded in a flash of light, but didn't blind any of them. But now the entire room seemed to be brighter, making it easier to see in, but it also seemed to shimmer. A set of footsteps from behind them caught his attention. He spun around, bringing his auto rifle to bear, seeing that Alice and Garuud did the same. But what they saw, was something he wasn't expecting to see at all. Walking into the room, was quite possibly the most exotic Titan he had ever seen. His helmet seemed to mimic an Ahamkara skull, minus the mouth, the entire thing reflecting a deep silver color, while the horns reflected a bright gold. The eye sockets were of course black, but what was fascinating to him was the two gold slits for pupils in the sockets that moved, giving off the appearance of that was where the Guardian looked. The Gauntlets were the same silver and gold coloration, while the armored plates were shaped like triangles facing downwards, overlapping one another as they went down the arm. The Chestpiece had a fur collar at the back of the neck, almost like the same design as the Holdfast variant, but where the Titan's collar bone met, was a brilliant looking diamond that shone bright and seemed to hold every color in existence. And the knee pads on the Greaves each held the same kind of crystal it seemed, cut perfectly to for a diamond shape. The Mark was also something to behold. It wrapped around the back and part of the right side of his waist, and it seemed to be made of pure Light, as it glowed a bright white. Said Guardian also held in his hand a long sword, the blade made of the same deep silver, except what was odd was that the blade had only edges, no middle, with a cross-guard that arched outward and up toward the blade, with yet again another crystal embedded in the center. The only thing he could say was the same thing he was thinking at this unknown phenomenon. "What the hell?"

" Oh good! Because the last person who said that is not among the living anymore haha" He pauses for a moment. " I ate him."

"Human, I think Awoken would give me a stomach ache." That was when the room lit up and the Titan showed up behind us. " Uh, you look fancy?"

The Titan kept walking, completely ignoring Alice and Garuud. At the same time, what could only be the Titan's Ghost, appeared in a flash of blue particles over his shoulder. [i]"I don't like this place. It gives me the creeps."[/i] Said the Ghost. "Everything Hive related gives you the creeps, Orion. Relax, we just stop whatever the Hive are doing down here and be done with it. Just another normal day!" Responded the Titan, sounding almost energetic. [i]"Sure, if you say so."[/i] How did this Guardian know about the disturbance here? Who was this anyway? Anaxis took a step forward, standing alongside Alice and Garuud, blocking the Titan's path. "Stop," he said sternly. "Who are you, and what's your business here?" The Guardian didn't respond. Instead kept on moving forward, though they were all in his way, those golden slits for eyes staring right at them. Then a loud shriek filled the air, no doubt from a Wizard further in the structure. "C'mon," said the Titan to his Ghost, before going into a sprint, heading right for them. But Anaxis was already moving to intercept him before that. "Hey! I said who are-" The moment he thought they were going to collide, the Titan merely fazed through him. He turned around, eyes locked onto the Titan with a confused and horrified expression. Said Titan even went through his two companions when he ran by. As the Titan ran past the threshold of the opposite door, the room instantly became dark and silent again, with the Titan no where to be seen, not even heard from his footfalls.

Alice immediately sprinted towards the door he ran through, just as the darkness over came the room. She called over her shoulder. "We live in a strange world! Just accept it and run with it!" She catches up with the Titan, following him through every twist and turn.

"The things I do on a daily basis." He went to a full sprint, following Alice deeper into the structure. They went through dark halls, bended corners, seemingly for forever as they went deeper and deeper. Some areas having pieces of armor and ash scattered along the floor, along with scorch marks on the floor and walls, sometimes deep gashes in them. What happened here? Was this the guard? They finally met the end of the line as they all entered a massive circular room. The room was probably half the size than Shovoroth and Emaria's den, but it still quite big. All around them was evidence to a warzone, as armor, ash, rock littered the ground. In the middle of the room was a circular platform, with four arched spires curving inward, with a massive chain hanging down in the center above it, holding a large dull crystal in it's grasp. Or part of a crystal, seeing as the lower half of the thing looked very jagged as the rest of it was smooth.

" so, ghost titans and now raiders of the lost ark. I can certainly say this is not boring!" Garuud laughed as he moved into the room a little bit and looked around. "Someone had fun here."

"I think it's crystal clear-" Her grin widens when she sees the thing in the middle of the room. "-that the ghost and this thing are linked somehow."

"oh, that was punny! Get it reader? Because of the giant crystal? oh nevermind." Garuud turned towards Alice. "So, haunted crystal?"

"Yeah, haunted crystal. Either that, or he infused his soul into it." She take step closer to the crystal, reaching out to touch it. "I just wonder why no-one knows about this."

"Wait, don't!" But it was too late. At Alice's touch, the entire room became the ethereal state like the previous room. Now instead of a ruined room, it was a chamber teeming with activity. The crystal that lay on the podium was now high above it, fully intact, and glowing a bright ghastly green, with a collection of Deathsingers around it, chanting in their abominable language. Then he saw rank upon rank of Acolytes and Knights charging in his direction. Suddenly, the Titan from before fazed through him from behind, charging at the oncoming force with his sword in hand. But now the sword seemed to have come to life than before. The crystal embedded in the cross-guard shown a bright orange. The empty middle part of the blade was now completely filled with Solar energy, as the the edges of the blades were now completely engulfed in fire. The Titan came to the first Knight in his path. The Knight raised its cleaver high into the air, going for a downward slash. But instead of trying to block it, he went for a slash of his own. When the cleaver came down, he slashed his sword upward, meeting the cleaver, shattering it , and decapitated the Knight, all in one move. Then, before the rest of the party could get close, the Titan reared his sword arm back, then threw it like he would a hammer, the Solar sword sailed, blade pointed at the middle Knight. The moment it came into contact with the Knight's chest, the area in and around the Knight exploded in a inferno of fire that would put any Hammer of Sol to shame. More and more came at the Titan. The sword then changed from its fiery orange to an electric blue, as the blade itself became the very aspect of Arc power. The Titan boosted himself into the air, putting himself high above the army. He then began to slash rapidly at the air in front of him, leaving blue streaks in front of him wherever he slashed. Before the Hive could take action, the Titan then stabbed at the center of the blue array in front of him, the top of the sword pointing down at the Hive. The moment he did, a loud thunder clap echoed across the room, as lightning bolts erupted from each streak, striking at each victim below until everything below vanished into nothingness.

Alice turned and leaned against the crystal with her arms crossed. "This guy is awesome." She says as the Titan continues slaughtering the hive. "But if there's no legends told around bars about you, then that means you died in here, doesn't it?" She says this to the Titan with a smile on her lips.

" I want one....." Garuud said eyes wide. ' Can... can we make one of those? I have two solar swords.... but nothing like that..." ( mature voice) " indeed! That would extensionally increase our killing potential." (Child voice) " I need some alone time in the bathroom."
