Good for you, and if that's enough for you then great. I was planning to level my 3rd character up on Monday evening and couldn't, even though I bought the game it's my right to complain.

Just because you bought the game doesnt entitle you to rank 5 on 3 characters you have to earn it... I could have easily ranked all 3 characters to 5 before yesterday and then some.

Because I bought the game it entitles me to be able to play it...and yesterday I wasn't able to play it because of poor service.

I would have liked to pick up Monday's bounties.
