I even made a nice little chart for myself like over 6 months ago I just glance at to tell me exactly how much I'm going to get depending on how much Iron Medalions broken down to the day per. Pretty sure there are a few sites that have little guides with those numbers outlined too, I came across them a few times. I'd suggest YOU educate YOURSELF... and stop crying about things that you had every control over.
