AMAZING IDEA FOR DEFENDER
http://reddit.com/r/DestinyTheGame/comments/2j9ly2/idea_how_to_buff_titan_bubble_in_pvp/cl9nzzr
TastyChef-
Or have the bubble disable abilities like the suppresor grenade. That way they can still super the bubble away but cant charge in and wreck you. Would definately help if a bladedancer passed through the bubble his super would be negated instantly
Oh my goodness. I digged up this relic on reddit. I believe this was dated before the announcment of nightstalker as well. With void abilities becomming the main reason for suppression, I find this idea for bubble titan sensible and maybe even necessary. Nova Bomb suppresses the enemy as well; suppressing their life span that is. You could say that the supprssion grenade already does the trick, but it could be seen as an extension of your suppressive abilities. Besides, you only get a throw every 24 seconds tops anyway. I understand that Defender is a support class, but you can still support your team by debuffing the enemy. Now the question remains, if someone is suppressed by the bubble, should the feect linger after they leave? Or should it stop immediatly? If it lingers it could be a tactic, dropping on an enemy and suppressing them for enough time to kill them without them using a Nova Bomb after gliding out of it. But if the effect stops immediatly out of the bubble, then the bubble is almost as threatened as if the enemy wasn't in it in the first place. I'v come across enough forum topics to find an indestructable bubble overpowered and Helm of Saint-14 to just not cut it. This man's words from a comment on Reddit, I shall magnify because I find it amazing.
