Same. Surprisingly, the hardest part of that for me was Crota's End on hard.

Skolas was the hardest for me, nobody would help me with it since I had no gally so when I bought one from xur I quickly upgraded it and found some people to kill Skolas, although it was hard even THEN... I killed him like a few days before TTK came out so I'm real happy about that...

And for the golden chests I just went to YouTube and spent like 45 min searching for them

It just took me a while to actually find me a good sword bearer. Once I did, it was easy from there.
