Hunter supers are not the strongest, the reason hunters have higher KD's is because more skilled players play hunter, and more lesser-skilled players play other classes.
The reason due to this is the excellent neutral game that hunter possess (most notably bladedancer). Bladedancers have a harder super to use effectively, and their perks excel gunskill (QuickDraw). Bad players don't play bladedancer as much as bad players tend to look for more ability based subclasses rather than gunskill enchancing subclasses.
Obviously this reply containing many huge generalisations, obviously there are bad players who play on bladedancer and good players on other subclasses, however overall the reason bladedancer has a high KD is due to less bad players on bladedancer.

LOL. I don't think you'll ever convince me that hunters don't have a big advantage in that all 3 subclasses have mobile multiuse supers. And that their neutral game is overpowered as you point out.

All I was telling you it the reason blade dancers have higher KDs is that less bad players play bladedancer and then I explained why. To explain again: Better plays prefer classes with strong neutral game that enhance their gunskill. Weaker players go for classes with stronger abilities.

Therefore hunters are overpowered. Couple that with multi-use non-situational supers and you have a fine recipe for success.

I wouldn't really call any of the hunter supers non-situational. Golden gun lasts for 12 seconds. You need to activate it at the right time in enemy 'territory' in order to get the most out of it. Bladedancer needs a fix to prevent the issues that plague the super right now. Nightstalker has a super that is generally just used to shut down another super. Not the most useful super. Stormtrance (I'm not saying its Overpowered) is a non situational super due to its ease to use and extreme length it is available for. Are hunter supers bad? Definitely not. But since all the stupid bladedancer nerfs in 2.0 you don't see nearly as many of them.

Striker: one shot situational. Defender: one shot situational. Hammer of Sol: multi-use mobile. Stormcaller: multi-use mobile. Arcblade: multi-use mobile. Gunslinger: multi-use mobile. Nightstalker: multi-use mobile. That's all I'm sayin'.

Nightstalker is multi use mobile?
Nightstalker is multi use mobile?
Well, it's not exactly a Nova Bomb, FoH or bubble. You can move around while shooting those arrows and shoot multiple arrows. So ... yah.
