On PlayStation, I'd say my emblem is definitely rarer. I've seen one other Heroic member, 1 Legendary, and 2 Mythics. On Xbox, I've only seen 1 Mythic, but I've seen a whole buttload of Heroics and Legendaries. Also only seen 2 Ninjas and 1 Mentor between my time on both Xbox and PlayStation, so I'd say they're even rarer.
