Not really embarrassing but... I was playing Crucible in TDB and me and this one Warlock guy were just wrecking each other. At one point I killed him and two teammates at their control point with FoH and he self rezed. I panicked and thought I had a shot gun... I had my LDR on. I just switched weapons, pulled the trigger, and BOOM no scope point blank headshot on self Rez Warlock. Greatest moment I've ever had.
