Luke Smith id the common denominator of what is wrong with Destiny. Instead of telling Scrubs to "Suck it up and play the game" he caters to them and takes things away from the majority. IF Bungie and Destiny Ultimately fails, which they will at this rate it will be on his (Luke Smith) head. What is Unacceptable are the decisions that Luke Smith is making for the Destiny Community. Nerf MIDA Nerf 1000 Yard Stare Take away Year One Weapons " We don't want people using the same gun" Not Updating Raids to current levels to keep them relevant. As a Day One player, who will most likely never come back to this game after the incessant amount of nerfs and unnecessary changes, this is quite possibly the biggest joke I've ever seen. Year1 MIDA was a niche weapon used at a time when Suros, Thorn, TLW, Red Death, etc., all had ridiculously high use rates by the player base. When someone used a MIDA they were most likely the only player using it in that match. Hell I remember going into ToO matches when it was first released and used MIDA and received messages from people being impressed that I wasn't part of the large thorn and TLW user population. Now it's an OP weapon, not because the gun shines so incredibly bright (although it will always be my favorite gun in the game), but because the devs and Bungie have repeatedly nerfed weapons. The worst part is these nerfs rarely balance anything, but rather bring a new weapon to the top. Bungie needs to go back, erase the nerfs, reinstate the original game's weapon stat bases and use all the information from then to now to make one final change to weapons. Wipe your hands and tell the community to suck it up.

I don't fee mida is overpowered but that being said I would like to see diversity in pvp. Fighting the same load out with different skill lvls is getting boring. Some people are good with the nerf weapons because of their skill just wish ppl would realize that there's other good guns out there to use and they don't have to fight with everybody else. Telestoscope is my favorite special weapon and I rarely see anybody else use it. It's a horde weapon in pve and a surprise killer in pvp because people can't dodge the secondary explosion. If nerds actually put a balance across the field id welcome them but all it does is create another top tier weapon like others have posted. Make slight deviations to cater to people's skill so they can use their preferred weapon class better but all primaries specials and heavies should be basically equal across the board amongst their respective class groups.
