MIDA NERF CONFIRMED IN 2016 UPDATE
The last good primary has finally fallen victim to pvp's archenemy: scrubs calling for nerfs.
It's a sad day for Destiny pvp. A moment of silence as we mourn. :'(

Did you really get an education before putting games together or is the main Nerf squealer holding your balls? Your best come to Jesus is unscrew all the changes and spend all your time at making the next installment of Destiny. I didn't use the mida much but since the big handcannon nerf I've been bouncing around trying to find a setup I like and it seems as though every time I start to get comfortable a little bit they start switching shit around. It's getting pretty old. I used to pvp nonstop but now all I do is bust out the raid and that's kinda it for me. Alot of my friends are the same way now. Its just too annoying constantly try to find a setup that feels good. All they do is nerf nerf nerf nerf nearly nonexistent buff nerf nerf nerf nerf nerf hey we buffed this random thing that Noone cared about or even mattered nerf nerf nerf nerf nerf. Never seen a game cater to the whiny bads so much. You wanna know why everyone gets -blam!- by snipers so much now? It's because every aspect of this game requires a sniper now. Raid you use sniper the whole time pvp best option is sniper. It's forced people to use snipers which in turn makes more people better at sniping. Buff shotguns and watch how many less people use snipers. Everyone cried about shotguns and bungie gave you what you wanted and now this is what you get. Sniper camping. To be honest I used to love trials and now it's pretty mediocre now. The pace is slow and campy and I and most of my trials buddy's feel the same. Not saying I'm quiting destiny but I don't play nearly as much as I used to and judging by my friends list it's looking like a trend to me.

2 RepliesIt's cute that everybody thinks Bungie tweaks weapons and classes based on forum posts. They have the data. They don't come to the forums and say "omg everyone is demanding we nerf (insert weapon/sub class). We better get on this fast so people will stop crying!"

MIDA is not a very good weapon, even if this is fake, I don't understand why people think it's great.. I just used it in PVP for the first time, and it highly underperforms my hung jury. It just make you faster.

2 RepliesIf what he says is true that's fantastic. Not because of mida nerf but because of true balance I would love to be able to use any gun and compete with any gun at the appropriate range. Obviously a hand cannon should not beat a scout across the map and a sniper should not be able to kill you 5 feet away. IF they get it right awesome. Otherwise we will continue to see a few choice weapons dominate continuing to change meta of the crucible until a true balance is achieved.
