So can you clarify something?
Why do i have to re-buy ttk now that i got a one? I gave up my Christmas and bday presents from both of my grandparents to get the one and now i have to also ask for $40 more to re-buy something i already own???

Because the TTK license is with your 360. The good thing is that you don't have to purchase TDB and HoW again as they transfer over.
