Okay, so the wording is "Aerile wishes to speak with you, guardians?" In other words, she wants to speak to us. *mind blown* Enough of the chastising. Okay, so when someone were to say that they wished to speak with you, it isn't strictly banded to her talking with you. (in that order) "With" is neither located to one person in dialogue or another. It is a seamless action associated with both of the speakers, so if she wished to speak with you, it is a two way conversation. You and I both know that two people can't start a coherent conversation at the same time, so one must go. Sometimes Aer asks the questions, sometimes others do. In the end, it all results with questions.
