I played with people who were talking about how they were smoking weed the other night. Im a recovering addict and on probation so i have the urge to smoke all the time but cant if i wanna stay out of prison. Hearing this kind of stuff really triggers me and makes me uneasy. They didnt know this i just stopped talking completely it just sucked. It seems so cool up until you get srrested and destroy your life. Then its not so badass anymore
For the record im not addicted to weed its something else but i used to smoke religiously all day everyday and stopping that was extremely hard for me. I actually have the urge to smoke more than i have the urge to do the other stuff

Good luck through recovery brother. I wasn't an addict, but I messed with booger sugar and other drugs way too much. I had to completely detach myself from my regular life in order to change. Wish you the best brotha

I'm tempted to drink every now and then, which I don't even know why cuz I never enjoyed alcohol. It's tough man, but your life will get immeasurably better once you get through it. I hope you have a good support network and are quitting for you, not for the courts.

I used roxys, opana and eventually heroin. It sucks having to deal with the past everyday. Im prescribed suboxone so i guess im not completely clean but i havent used dope in about 3 years. I did the same with weed as you tho it kept me calm and not wanting to use and when i couldnt do it anymore it was hard. Good for you for being clean tho i know its one of the hardest things ever and all it takes is one screw up and youre right back in the hole. Take care of yourself man :)

I'm sorry, man.
