I agree with you there, to each their own, as long as it is their own. When things start to affect others, it does become a problem. I agree that a person is impaired, but that doesn't mean an accident necessarily. I also agree that most people who say they play better is BS, all I'm trying to say is that if you're above average, being impaired may not bring you below average. Lol.
