Destiny and Drug use
I'm sorry, I might go into a bit of a rant here.
But I've been noticing a trend recently where in every party I join there is at least one and usually multiple people telling tall tails about how high they are.
Now honestly, I don't care that you use whatever. Some of the people I regularly play with do some type of drug or another.
What baffles me is how some people tend to think they're somehow badasses for having the ability to pop a pill in their mouths. Nobody cares that it's "legal in your state". I'm from holland, do you think we go around advertising our drug use to every random person we meet? Not only does it make you look kind of dumb, but do you even realize there's also younger kids playing this game that might actually think it's kinda cool that you get to stay home all day, smoke weed and play video games while you're ignoring your crying child in the background?
I hate to be that guy, but damn, show some dignity.

RNG right? :3) boasting about how high they get or smoke and coughing into the mic. I too personally don't care what people use, just have a little consideration. I enjoy having a few beers while I play, I think I should just start wrestling with my empty beer bottles and rubbing my beer cans together into the mic to give everyone a feel of what's it like. -end rant

I've got a couple of guys who I raid with and run trials with that smoke and they are usually pretty damn good. Yea I won't lie I've had plenty of times where they screw up for not paying attention or "lemme take a hit" and not being able to focus for shit. I agree that it's annoying when people like to announce to the world they do drugs and it seems the same people who do them took the post the wrong way. I have a friend who smokes but he never even talks about it. I never had tried it, and never will. Never saw the point in it for me.

Fully functional pothead here. Im a father of twin boys and work 50 hrs a week. I pay my taxes and abide by the laws of the land ( except my habit ). Dont ridicule someone because they use drugs some people cant manage life and habits, letting one take precedence over the other

there are people not doing drugs who are still horrible parents, what do you blame it on then? sure, you shouldnt drive while being high, but what about while being stupid? There are plenty of people who are stupid enough sober to be taken off the road for good. point is, its not the drugs to blame (which is media propaganda) its the people. there are worthless people in every aspect of life, and there are normal kind people. Drugs are usually unrelated in my experience.
