Pretty sure that's a wrong statistic but yeah I agree snipers do need a nerf as well as shotguns.

Sorry, I should have pointed out. You clearly have a lot of skill in the crucible, I'm not denying that! I was just using this as an example

As I say to everyone they should design it so that you always spawn with 1 clip of special and no more! And there should be no special ammo or heavy ammo crates therefore the game is so much fairer!
