When Destiny first started movement was uninteresting. In year one blinking and titan skating became popular and in year two shadestepping and air dodging are now a thing. In a game of powers I would be disappointed with restricted movement. Admittedly I did not see the part where you mentioned shaders lol. It needs shaders bad! All of the year two exotics and strike specific loot need it.
