You can solo it legit also from the top Just keep the pretorians off the sync plates, none of the other enemies can take control of them

There's a glitch to form spire. You get on sparrow immediately and leave the area before Minotaurs start to deform the spire. Wait a few minutes and then come back and it's formed.

You have to form the spire otherwise youre entering an empty vault.

He means cheese it as in get on your sparrow and go directly to Campus 9 the second your feet touch the ground. The adds won't spawn in but the spire will still form.
