It has a master (it would be either an object or a slave (no offence)) it is a beauty and it will rise again. I think it is either a weapon or armor by this point. But it will destruct something or someone and armor doesn't do that (unless it is getting smaller and squash its wielder) so i think it is a weapon. But you don't specify if it is a weapon or a perk on a certain weapon
