Why cant I use my stuff that I bought
Why can't I use them when I bought the collectors edition. Bungie unlock them for me. Its the same over all three characters.

Make sure you have the Xbox you are on set as your home console for your profile then make sure you have downloaded the collectors edition of the game and aren't using a standard download of the game.
