I have good internet and up until this patch never went yellow or red bar. Since the update it's been happening quite a bit.

Obviously not. My Internet's nowhere near the best and I never have pvp lag issues. On raids however, that's another story

I never have until the latest patch, PVP or PVE. I've been playing since launch.
