The only sniper that could be called "OP" would be icebreaker with WoL on (one shot body shots). Everything else is fine

Ice breaker also caused people to explode, and never ran out of ammo

The explosion isn't that big. And the bubble doesn't last that long to regen that many shots.

WoL will last long enough though
