Bungie has a support website...for just $10 you an hours worth of someone to talk to, of course it's RNG though, so you someone may come to help you someone may not, just keep spending $10 until RNG blessed you with the help you need...or you know you can just break the disc in half and rid yourself of a terrible game that strives on the human addiction of gambling.
