Solo VoG at 290+ light?
So, I am curious.
What do y'all think would be my chances of being able to do a Solo run of VoG normal mode, at 293-295 light as a hunter?

You can't do it solo. The gorgon maze requires you to have 3 people to have the end of the maze open and after that you need at least one more person to carry two of the relic shields, then you must have at least one more person during atheon to open the portal for you unless you're a warlock, but you're a hunter so yeah....no solodolo for you.

Edited by weathered exo: 12/17/2015 12:47:52 PMThe few ppl that have soloed it have untold hours practice in, for just that very purpose. Just grab a fireteam off lfg or your friends list and have some fun Damn now I'm getting nostalgic for some VOG. I may have to try and get a run in tonight :)

It has be done with a warlock ! It's impossible with Titan or hunter ! Try it and good luck :)

Well, unlike CE. VoG's mechanics require you to have at least three people or two if you know what you're doing.

3 RepliesImpossible. Need a glitch or exceptional skill to even open the door. Confluxes will kick your ass if you arent really good. Same with oracles. Templar is relatively easy to solo. I believe the exit in the Gorgon maze wont open if you enter solo. Good luck juggling two relics the entire time at gatekeepers. Some really easy strats to solo Atheon. Just go on LFG :p

7 RepliesVoG should be impossible to solo, aetheon always teleports 3 guardians to mars or venus and without someone to guard the plates that keep the portals open, the vex would take it shortly after you are teleported, pretty sure at least 4 people are required for aetheon checkpoint

You can't solo VoG from start to finish at any light level. You'd have a hell of a time just opening the door trying to keep Praetorians off the control plates. Not to mention trying to kill Templar solo while holding the relic cleansing yourself and keeping enemies off you. Then there's the relics on the Gatekeeper, once you go in you'd never get out since there is no one outside to keep the portal open.

You can solo everything except opening the door in the gorgon maze, and gatekeepers. The start, Confluxes, Oracles, Templar and Atheon have all been soloed.
