Autumn went up and sat next to him.
"Good. Even if I... Die. I don't want you to kill yourself. Can you promise me that you'll go on without me?"

"I cant make any promises."

"Oh... Okay," Autumn said, leaning against him.

"I just want you to know, if you do die there is a high possibility that I wont be able to go through pain like that again and will just take the easy way out, but I might also stay and deal with it, I dont know yet."

"I hope you'll stay around find a new purpose to life. Why are we even talking about this? You'll never let me die."

"I dont know if the oracle ting will work, it was an idea that just popped into my head."

"I'm sure it'll work," Autumn said, looking into his eyes.

"Vapor doubted it highly, I just dont want this to happen. I'd much rather have the whole taken you thing happen over you dying forever. When she looked into his eyes she could see tears welling up

"Don't cry... Besides, I wouldn't want to live knowing I killed you."

Autumn opened her mouth to say something, but nothing cam out.

He sighed and kissed her, unlike the other times they kissed, this one had more feeling and he kept her close to him in a hug

"I'll do my best to stay alive with you."

"I hope so" He wipe a few tears away "I really do love you, and I dont want to go a day without waking up next to you."

Autumn sat next to him, enjoying his company. "We should go back to bed."

"Agreed, because it is really late." He got up and helped her up headed back for their room

She lied in the bed. "I was having a nightmare, you know."

"No I didnt know, I was outside. Besides I had one too. What was yours like?"

"It was of a while ago. I was forced to watch Eve die, and no matter what I did, she would always die."

"Oh. In my dream I woke up next to you and you were just dead and it felt so real I couldnt take it I had to go outside."

"Don't worry about waking up next to a dead me. It won't be sudden."

"But I might still have to see a dead you. Thats what im worried about."

"Would you rather see a dead me or know I died without seeing me?

"I dont want you to die at all! Thats what I want."

"We'll try," Autumn said, crying a bit. She hugged Duvanix.

"I really hope the oracle plan works." He hugged her back, tight as he hoped it would keep her with him
