Here's a question.
How many Guardians here remember Quodron's debut?
Follow-up question.
How many of us killed him before Bungie neutered him?
I totally forgot how much of a pain in the ass this guy was his first week. My group eventually downed him, but it took some elbow grease. A comment in these forums reminded me that he exists.
Always remember.

Edit: The creepiest part of Quodron is his grimoire. He's a Vex Gatelord, yeah, but the kicker is that he's in the prison [i]willingly[/i].

Omg dude. That fight was a nightmare. I spent 3 hours just on him trying to do it the legit way, then 2 new guys helped out and we killed him in seconds with gally

I never understood everyones problem with him, sure he was difficult, but that's how a boss should be, but he wasnt that difficult. Maybe people struggled finding the Eye.

Celestial Nighthawk with y1 perks gave you the super all the time, regardless of Trickle. One shot every bubble, and can go through the other bubbles

1 ReplyI feel like this was a major factor into nerfing Gjally. The problem was the content demanded it by making just about every damn Boss a walking tank. In TTK, we have a raid with mechanics, not all bullet sponges.

I didn't have a regular raid team (STILL don't) so I was always stuck with randoms... Never found a team that worked well enough together to beat him pre-nerf...

Gally and found verdict :) aka the ultimate general purpose combo. Was on 360 so we needed verdict to get through one containment bubble in order to pop our synths haha

42 gallies did the trick, even pre-nerf. Took him down before the first shield came up.
