So with the new update, there was supposedly a HC ADS accuracy boost. I was hoping this would make it to where i could actually depend that it would hit where I aim, but I was apparently mistaken. The buff so far to me is so unnoticeable, it makes me wonder if they even buffed them. With all the nerfs currently applied to HC, i think its totally unnecessary to even hit the ADS accuracy in the first place. I think they can return the ADS accuracy to normal, so that way HC wouldn't be so unviable compared to the others. What do you guys think?

No, it's actually better now than pre-patch. Shots are registering and hitting where they're supposed to. The update did its part for HC's.

I think there has been a signficant improvement in their accuracy. The range on the Omolon HCs still suck, which limits their usefulness. But I'm not seeing what should be head shots turn into body shots or even misses like it has been the last couple of months.

You have hardly used hand cannons, and you can barely shoot straight, so how can you come to this conclusion? The update was more nuanced, they did not just 'whack up the stats ', as you seem to imagine the buff to have worked. I had mostly adjusted to the previous hand cannon nerf, and now they have been buffed once more, they feel just right now.

I think they did a great job with it. I was hitting shots from VERY far out with my First Curse with no real issues. I had a few bullets not register, but it was maybe 10% of my longer distance shots where as pre patch is was honestly more like 75% (serious, it was RIDICULOUS). The vast majority of my bullets go where I want them, the damage drop off is noticeable, but that's fine, at least now I still do damage.. They did a great job with balancing handcannons this patch, IMO.

Bungie is just -blam!-ing retarded. They somehow placed decimal points in the wrong place and i wouldnt doubt it that they just forgot to buff the accuracy. I knew something was up when they didnt put pit the numbers for the buff. It would probably be so miniscule that people would just flame bungie (like they should)

For me to use hand canons I need double or triple the ammo and slightly faster reload. I still won't because a vendor sells hung jury with firefly and precision free bullets.. So I mean.. No chance in hell I'd use anything but the most perfect hand canon anyways, as a near perfectly perked scoutrifle is purchasable.

I certainly wouldn't mind them being more accurate, but I have noticed an improvement.
-
Do you mind clarifying it more, as to does it actually work for you or does it still feel the same an your shots still miss hits?

Imprecation, the worst of the worst to get First Curse.
