The sky suddenly flashed above, along with a loud sound close to an explosion. As the flash instantly vanished, the tan, triangular jumpship, The Fatal Vision, hovered a meter or two above the ground. A second later, Anaxis appeared in a cloud of blue particles, with his rifle on his back. He then slowly started walking out from beneath his ship that showed no sign of leaving, slowly approaching Alice, clapping his hands as he did. But he was far from amused. He stopped a few feet from her. He also stopped clapping, instead keeping them together in front of him. "So," he finally spoke, "Alice. Or is it Leech?" He spread his arms apart slightly, "I get confused about who you are now." He let that draw on for a few moments. He finally broke the silence, slowly pacing to his right, never taking his gaze off of her. "From what I hear, you claim that your actions up to this point, are just. But what I saw from that," he pointed off toward the direction of The Tower, "Tells me a different story." He paced back to where he once was, then stopped. "Alice. I don't want to fight you, I know you don't want to either. Hell, I don't want to fight Grixis. But that's unavoidable. Please, Alice. Give me a reason, a sign, something that tells me that you are still you. I can't have something like Grixis come into the world again."

 • "I've argued and fought against Grixis at every possible moment. I realise that if he destroys the light, the dark will be the destroyed too. Everything needs balance in order to sustain itself. What he's trying to do is something that me and Lokumi will not let happen. So we fight against him at every possible moment." She stands up to her height. "I won't say I'm not dark, I do have a lot of Darkness in my soul. But I can still channel the light as well. I'm not a Guardian of the Light, but a guardian of Balance. I mean, what we did there-" Points at tower "-was to distract the guardians and the Speaker long enough to put a protection in, something that may stop Grixis. The same with these beacons. Another protection against him that may work." "Then there's me. Lokumi's Leech, Mistress of Light and Dark. Such a horrid title but it's one that suites me well. I may be the only person who can fight against him long enough to destroy others of his army, to cripple him. But the main thing is that I support this effort. I'm a massive channel for all of this wars energy, if I give in to the Dark or the Light, we've just lost a massive Chess piece." "You saw me, you saw Alice. You saw what she can do without Lokumi's interference, imagine the power I can dish out with Lokumi. That's why I will rarely fight, because I need all the power I can." She crosses her arms. "So any questions?"

 • He thought over what Alice told him in his head. A Guardian of Balance? That was... He didn't have anything to put it to actually. It was definitely something. But if this was what she thought of herself as now. He would accept it. He had no choice right now, not while Grixis brings armageddon. After it was all over, he would see if her intentions were good. That is, if they were still alive after this. He then focused on two things that now sprung up in his thoughts, one more recent than the other. "Yeah, what 'protection' do you mean exactly?"

 • "Lokumi has a feeling that Grixis either plans on attacking the traveler and the tower, but attacking the tower first to get rid of the main force of Guardians. If he does that, this beacons will stop him from getting close." "Lokumi's other strategy is that he will a major pulse of Darkness at the Traveler. If that's the case, the Crystal I threw into the globe will absorb all of that darkness and send it to me. I will most likely die in the action." "Lokumi thinks of war like a game of rebukes. If Grixis hits us, we hit him, he hits us, we hit him again. The person with the most retaliations win. We've got about five altogether, but three separately."
