If you read Siffow's post, kill ranks not granting the proper grimoire score is a known issue. Also, if a known issue makes it to Siffow's list, it is well known to Bungie and will be corrected in due course. The main purpose for this thread is to post bug reports on grimoire issues that are not found in Siffow's known issues list. The beginning post of this thread is updated regularly by Siffow. Once a bug that has recently appeared as a known issue is removed from the list, it is likely at this point that the bug is fixed. For cards already collected, ranked up, etc., grimoire score corrections usually are made after the bug(s) in question receive a fix and do not require further effort on your part. For cards that do not unlock even when the unlock criteria was met, a fresh run through meeting the criteria is generally required after the bug is squashed.
