Which is another good point.
People/companies change their mind all the time. Things change, and as such, businesses have to change their approach sometimes. It's just a fact of life.

That's understandable. But that person or business that makes a very direct statement like this has to accept that people will question their credibility and bring up that specific incidence on occasion.
