They said Tess will have a NEW stock of items, so new emotes. Also, if you look at the store and any items you currently own, you cannot repurchase any previously owned items from Tess. You can re-obtain it if you lost it but cannot re-buy it. I don't think they would screw us over to the point where we have a chance of getting emotes we already own.
