That vid is why shotguns are getting the nerf. Using that like a hand cannon

Lol the chaperone is getting a 1.75 damage multiplier to precision shots, and as you can see I land a lot of precision shots with it.

Yes but the base damage is getting a decrease which will effect the damage from the multiplier. It really all depends on how much that decrease is.

I think it will go down from 180 to the body to around 140 or 50

Yea so that times 1.75 will still be very lethal.
