Hi,
I got a lot of the bugged ones after the last update. Not sure if these are bugged or not but I cant get the "Vex slap grenade" or "ascendant sword", even though I've gotten the sword in the raid a few times.

• If memory serves, you need to die to a vex slap grenade, which will be explicitly stated on the death screen, for the grimoire card to unlock. Hobgoblins are the most likely to use them on you. • I think you have to die to an ascendant sword in addition to using one. You may be able to test this out with the Fist of Crota mission on Earth (top of the map on the director screen). If memory serves, I got this card well before I killed Crota as the sword bearer, and possibly before stepping into Crota's End.
