I've read the update. You still have to insist how he is putting it out of context.

If they were only talking about exotics why did they allow us to upgrade legendaries when how dropped? HOW was our answer to what they were talking about. This guy can spin it how ever he wants but bungie gave us the answer a few months after that update.
