"Erm...nothing that I could explain very well."The huntress admitted before giving him a once over, noting his arm. "I'll give you a lift, Hades?"She said into her heads up display, the two dissipating and reappearing into her ship as her ghost transported them. She sat down in the pilots chair spinning to look to him "You're a hunter, like myself, seems like your affinity is arc."She said calling a blade to her hand.

  • "God, I feel like a kid on Christmas, this ship, it's better than my worn down one, your guns and armor, and that little thing you have, hades, where did you find him?" She realized that-that guardian, had no idea what he was doing, he was lost and confused, it seemed he had no briefing.

  • "Cayde should really learn how to train his guardians..."She sighed, taking her helmet off to get a better look at him. "All this, the ship, the armor, the guns...will come later, after you talk to the Speaker." She explained, summoning Hades in her palm, who flitted around him gleefully. "He's a ghost, my companion, we keep each other out of trouble." "Mostly."it, he added, the girl cracking a smile. "He holds whatever light I have...uhm questions."

  • After a long talk with the speaker he went to talk to the huntress again. "So yeah, he hooked me up with a working ship, a ghost, all that basic guardian stuff. Take this any way you want, but he had to hook us up, as partners. I guess I'm your wing man, or apprentice, or whatever, trainee? Who cares, I guess we'll be questing together from now on" Tapping his foot, the robot seemed worried, he rubbed the newly repaired sockets on his arm. "I know I just got orientated to do stuff officially for the tower, but what is this super scary dreadnought? And when can we check it out?" Knowing how big of a threat the dreadnought was, this shocked her.

  • "Definitely something you're not ready for..."She said, eying his low leveled armor. "They can't even properly equip you..." Her ghost popped out, floating alongside her head. "Let the man have his fun, a patrol couldn't hurt."He said in his mechanical voice the girl sighing. She led him to Cayde and bought him a set of gear. If she was going to be stuck with him, he might as well pull his own weight. About an hour later, their feet landed on the solid ground of the dreadnought, an eery vibe making the girl shiver. "Just a quick tour..."

  • Along the patrol, they crossed a long bridge and reached a steep drop. "I'm sure we can climb back up! It will be fine." She wanted to stop him, but it was too late. He plunged himself into cell of the dark blade, with no second thoughts. It may not be the best start, but it would be the first test of his skills and abilities.

  • "Fůcking christ."She muttered, plunging in after him and grabbing him by the collar lifting him off the ground. "Do you have any idea what you're doing?"She seethed, freezing as she felt the hairs on the back of her neck stand up. In a quick motion she threw him and dodged backwards, a long blade crashing to the ground where they once stood.

  • "How do I do that arc stuff you were talking about before?" He dodged at the nothing striking at him. "I didn't expect ghosts, thrall zombies and stuff sure, but ghosts? Is there is something here I can't see it!" He pulled the sidearm of his hip and took aim at the darkness. "The traveler told me about fighting a darkness but I didn't expect this!" He shot a few bullets into the air but nothing happened.

  • "Calm yourself."She instructed, having perfect vision in the abyss due to years of training. "Focus and extend your light out, sense your enemy." With this she popped a few shots from her sniper to the head of the dark blade himself. "Artemis, this isn't good, do you have any idea where we are? A prison! He tried to take orxys throne..."Hades warned from her visor. She chose to ignore him and focus on the behemoth of a prince. "Focus your light!"She yelled over the sound of thralls

  • "I'll t-" A blue explosion of light erupted from his hand, a knife formed in his hand, and like a kid on Christmas morning he screamed. "I did it!" That wasn't the only thing he noticed, he could feel creatures darting left and right. He darted back and forth, swing and slashing at the dark blade, she knew the lights weaponry couldn't be used for too long. He could keep this up for a few minutes more, but not as long as he thought.

  • She counted beneath her breath as he extended his light outwards in his blade, knowing it's duration. Once his blade dance dissipated she called to the void, a purple bow materializing in her palm. She jumped into the air and fired three quick shots, tethering the blade. "Fire, now, whatever you have."She ordered.
sorry work has been crazy
• He dashed left and right, slashing at the dark blade, leaving large cuts in the bones that were his armor. It was almost as if the purple light amplified his abilities, or maybe just slowed the beast down, but it didn't matter, the dark blade was finished. "That purple now, I've seen abilities like that, a dome, a ball of pure energy, but never a bow, is there any way I can tap into the light, or at-least more of it?" As thralls scattered and returned to their holes, they had to find a way out of the pit. "This would be a perfect time to use my ghost! How would I do that? Do I use a hand signal, brain waves? You seem to do it a lot."

  • "You're ghost is connected with you, just focus and channel your light and summon him..or her."the huntress said, holding out her palm, Hades popping out into thin air. "You'll get used to the feeling." She circled the pit, grabbing a piece from the dark blade as a trophy, a habit she had picked up from her travels. Now to get out...she dissappeared and reappeared at the top, letting out a light chuckle. "You'll get the hang of it little kinder-guardian...I'll teach you."

  • "Was that an insult? Whatever. Ghost, get me out of here." "Say the magic word, or I won't." The ghost was talking back, he noticed hades had a personality but only thought that was programming, he realized they were warriors of light like him. "Will you please get me out of here?" "Say my name please, I'm not JUST a ghost!" Aquarius was infuriated. If he had a face that wasn't blue metal, it would be red. "What even is you're name!" "Charley." "Well then please get me out of here charley!" "That's more like it" He was out of the pit, it was a little disorientating, but he was getting used to the light and all of its things. "So, I'm gonna let you make decisions from now on. You seem to know what you're doing."

  • She let out a scoff and gave him a look beneath her visor as if to say 'oh really?'. "As a seasoned veteran I'd like to think I have the knowledge."She said a little humorously before jerk in her head in a motion to follow. "The dreadnought isn't a place to play around, stick with me, don't wander."She instructed, starting to walk through one of the many halls in the ship. It was beautiful when you actually looked.

On their way back to the hull breach after the tour, they saw enemies that weren't the hive mind of zombie like creatures, they were almost turtle like, but he knew not to mess with them, they looked like tanks. When they reached the hull breach where they landed, as soon as she disappeared into her ship he tried the same thing. "Charley, get my ship for me please." "Will do." And like that, they were on their way back to the tower.
