That's all reasonable. And a number of Y1 exotics are coming back next week, with more to come later, so it's happening, just more slowly than most people are willing to accept.
Edit(x2): The Qullims is great, and the raid pulse with firefly was pretty damn fun... before I drunkenly infused it into my Red Death during IB by mistake, that is. (tequila gets you every time)
