Yeah Bungie is full of shit again. I'm guessing its going to be RNG for the ones you don't have because I doubt they'll make us repay for ones we already own, like each package drops one we already don't have. Then again it's possible Bungie will fûck us with that too.

I certainly wouldn't put it past bungie RNG gifting you 100 duplicates before you get one you don't already have.
