If that's the supposed flaw you wanna use then the same could be said about every other game. I personally would get tired of using VoC for the next few years and I'd stick to it because really there's no other reason to use other guns.
In terms of content, the content is definitely enough if it's been able to hold the attention of so many people for this long.

You should use the weapons you like, and enjoy the experience. Not be forced to use guns you don't like because they have a higher number than the others you have.
