Dark Garuud is still searching for prey. Nothing is moving in the room and Then Garuud spies Ro and begins to move over to her slowly while twitching.

" I went into a vex gate looking for something and ended up punted into the Dreadnaught , I assume I assume I was taken, I don't remember everything but I suspect I was on earth fighting for oryx when he fell. Which why I think I was found back here. I think once the connection to the main force was severed that's how I got control of myself and my ghost . Unfortunately it looks like I still have something with me. [i] she puts out her arm and under the skin the occasional movement gives the impression of something alive, moving around beneath underneath her skin, [/i] " still don't kno what to do with this"

"Well. Honestly, I haven't done it either. The best way that I have heard of is to allow yourself to be sucked into darkness and go to the depths of it, and fight it for control of your body. I still lose control sometimes. But I can try to help you try it . But we would need to go somewhere where darkness is strong." Garuud said while thinking

" Darkest place I know is the birthing pits in the cellar of the Dreadnaught. But that's more like walking into the belly of the beast. There must be somewhere closer to home."

"Hmm, the only place that is definitely connected to the darkness is here in the grottos where Omni screamer showed up, But the best place would be where they tried to summon Crota on the moon."

[i] Initially Ro goes to her makeshift bedroom but she can't settle, she is on edge on her own. So she opts to crash on the sofa across from Garuud. She lies quietly listening to the gentle whirrs and clicks of the resting Exo's maintinence program, her eyes close....[/i] [b] She is falling, and falling fast, something reaches out of the dark and pierces through her left leg above the knee, she tries to scream but suddenly the tether in her leg tightens stopping her fall suddenly and painfully. Two more tethers pierce her wrists pulling her arms apart. She can't move when she feels something cold and slick wrap itself around her. It tries to push into her skin but it can't it's not strong enough yet, so it slithers across her skin looking for a way inside.[/b] [i] Ro is trembling violently , her eyes roll back up into her head,she is covered in a cold sweat .Time passes[/i]

Garuud systems alert him to danger he wakes instantly to find Ro covered in the black slime. It was all over body trying to find a way in. Garuud jumped up and covered his fist in fire and grabbed the slime. "Let....her....be..." He said through his rage.

[i] There's a momentary hiss ,smoke curls up , the black slick recoils and shrinks back into her eyes. She is still seizing , but it has reduced considerably[/i]

Garuud yells "Ro! Wake up!" Garuud sees that she is not waking. "Sorry Ro, this will hurt." Garuud coats his finger with fire and touches it to Ro's stomach burning her hoping to wake her.

[i] Her eyes snap round, she grabs the front of Garuuds armour dragging herself up and sticks an arc blade under his jaw, she is still delirious and doesn't quite recognise him,yet she can't bring herself to push the blade in either., [/i]

Garuud chuckles and moves slowly putting his hand on Ro's lowering the blade. " Girl, I am not in dire need of dental work, or a shave." With that he set her back down and got her some water. " This does push up the timeline though." Then Garuud speaks to the slime itself. " You wait for your time. *Then his voice became very dark* You will have your chance to vie for control." Garuud snaps back to normal and hands her the water and waited for her to come to her senses.

[i] She is still a bit dazed but far more lucid.[/i] R:" Sorry man, I know I couldn't actually hurt you but I don't like to think I even tried."

"bahahaha no worries! I would have just healed, plus I burned you. So I would count us even. But I am guessing you heard me conversing with the slime... thing? I guess I should explain what I meant by that and what you are going to go through if we do this."

[i] She blinks and for just a moment it's easy to see the young kid that got revived, weird thing about that, once you've been revived your growth seems to virtually nil. She looks lost and afraid and bewildered. She looks down at they floor, biting her lip . She takes a deep breath.[/i] Ro:" Ok I'm listening"

"Don't worry, its not as bad as it seems. Don't get me wrong it will be tough, but you can do it your a tough one." Garuud smiled ( mature voice) "it will be something that you have to do before that thing eats you." (Childish voice) "omnommnom" Garuud continues " so here is essentially what is going to happen. *Garuud holds up this chitin made band that is on his arm.* we need to find one of these. They are used in making ogres. One put on the draw all available darkness to you. Filling you up with it. Which that thing feeds on. Which will make it manifest itself in your mind. You will need to fight it for control of your body, if you win you get a portion of its power and stop it from attacking you..for the most part."

[i] For the first time in a long time Ro felt genuine fear.[/i] Ro" Your gonna be there, right ?"

" I will be there, I have to be. * Garuud flashes back to his ordeal where it was controlling his body in a berserking state. while he was battling in his mind.* It will be in control of your body while this is happening, it will be in a state of turmoil. I wont lie to you Ro, it will be tough. But you can do it."

[i] She isn't so sure that dream and encounter was enough to wipe her out.[/i] R "I'm going to grab a shower and try and get my head down for an hour" [i]She stands and begins to walk through to the back. [/i] R" Zen lose this armour. [i] She stands under the hot water trying to get the scuzzy feeling, and eventually she feels most of the tension gone. She pads back through to the den in an oversized hoody, and curls up .[/i]
