During this interview, at approximately 1 Hour and 15 minutes in, DeeJ makes it sound like we will not have the ability to make custom games for Destiny (at least at launch). I have to say, this is a huge disappointment for me and this is probably my new 2nd biggest gripe with the game. I was looking forward to playing ridiculous private games with you guys :-/ I was also looking forward to taking on other clans in some PvP action. It brings up the issue of competitive gaming too, like the MLG bracket. I don't really see how they can have their competitive bracket without private game modes. But we can at least take comfort in that they could and likely would add it in after launch. Still very disappointing though. Edit: There will also be a buff for pulse rifles and hand cannons, because Bungie noticed from the beta data that they were underpowered.
