The Blades merely stepped out of the way as Men'kaar flew past them. Men'kaar hit the ground soon after. Then he got up, immediately getting back into a fighting pose, as if the wound in his shoulder didn't exist. Calvik then stepped in between the group and the charging Guardian, his Void blade glowing all the while. When the Guardian got to a distance he found suitable, he swiped at the air twice, sending two long, blade thin streaks of Void energy at the Guardian, making them form an X shape. Once they were away, he charged directly behind them. The Void streaks hit the Guardian, it did damage him, but if it so much as staggered him, he didn't show it. It was only immediately after that did they clash together, his strength matching the Guardians. That was good, it wasn't because he was known to be stronger than the average Knight, but the strength that this one had when he got the jump on Vôlik-Dal and threw Men'kaar across the chamber didn't seem to be with him anymore. The surge of power that he received was fading away. But, might as well get him to use a lot while he was in front of him. There blades sparked sporadically as they were held at a standstill.
