" Betrayal......"
He stopped talking. The first hideout was right in front of them. It was a cave that's entrance was hidden with shrubbery. He parted it aside to reveal the interior. The place wasn't very large, but it was secluded and well lit. There were rugs all over the floor and primitive furniture. Lake strolled pass this towards a curtain at the end of the room. Pulling it aside revealed a narrow tunnel that led somewhere. It was tall enough to stand in but only wide enough for one person to walk in.
" This tunnel leads to where the Warlock kept his workshop. This tunnel always had a problem with water leaking into it, and since this place has been abandoned for quite a while, I'm sure it's flooded. It's narrow for about five minutes and then it opens up into a much larger area. No doubt where it flooded. Ready?"

She looks at him slightly suprised, he'd been pushing them to get everywhere as quickly as possible since they arrived. Her bitterness fades away a little. R:" Thanks Lake"

" For what? I haven't exactly done anything." He figured he might as well take it easy now. The Warlock had given him the coordinates to what he had been chasing, and he would leave as soon as Romii was feeling better. Of course, Lake didn't plan on mentioning that part.

After a while, Lake decided to say what he had been thinking. " Well. I helped you out and I got what I needed. This is where we part ways it seems."

Romii looks up unsuprised, they r both Hunters, neither good with people . She smiles, R:"sure thing Lake. But I still owe you one so, if your ever stuck for an extra gun. Well, I am sure you'll find me. She begins to walk away.

Lake nodded, but he spoke underneath his breath. " Yeah..... Next time....." Grabbing his gear, he prepared to leave.
