Romii pauses for a moment, taking a deep breath before summoning up the courage to enter the Tower bar.
She hates this place,she hates the Tower, too many people,too many faces she doesn't recognise.
She finally summons up the courage to go in, and not for the first time she thanks the traveller that she's small enough to go largely unnoticed. Sticking to where its darkest,she's suddenly painfully aware of how wretched she must look.
Her boots still caked in mud not yet dry.
Her cloak still thick with snow across the shoulders and heavy with dust.
Her armour hasn't fared much better, it's well worn and heavily repaired with whatever was to hand at the time it got damaged. If it had a colour once it has long since faded away, to an unmemorable greyish brown.
Keeping her eyes ahead she manoeuvres her way to the bar, dodging a small scuffle that breaks out as she passes.
Feeling like she's just run the gauntlet she stands on the bars foot rail and motions to the frame serving.
It looks up and she slides a flask over to it,
R:" Vodka and fill it up,and pour me a double straight up while your at it......please"
The 'please' is delayed as she forces herself to be civil.
She then beckons the frame closer and says something in hushed tones. The frame shakes it's head.
" No, no Trinity" it replies.
Romii's shoulders slump a little.
R:" Ok .....Thankyou"
She takes her flask and her drink to the darkest corner she can find that faces the exit, ensuring her back is to a wall knocks back her first drink of the night.

R:" I wish I knew, can't seem to find anything to show she actually existed. I've lost my memory, and yes I know that was careless..." She raises one eyebrow....." But I need to find away to restore it."

" Well, if anyone would know where a reclusive Warlock would be. It would be another reclusive Warlock. We could find that Sunbro, he may know. I may have too much memory haha, but no one should lose it all. That would be.... well boring. What do you say?"

R:" It's got to be worth a shot. Look I need to pick up some stuff at my place before I go anywhere,what about you? You want to meet me on Mercury or tag along?"

" I dunno! * another voice speaks up " go with the girl you dunce." Another speaks up as well " Yeah she may have chimichangas!" Er I mean sure! I will tag along!" Garuud stands up to his full height and "Yells out See ya losers!" and tosses a thermite grenade into kitchen. people start screaming. Garuud whispers to the Hunter " They love it when I do that spices up their day.... literally." and walks out of the door.

Looking behind her she remarks R:" I'm sure they do." As they reach the main courtyard of the tower Romii takes a second to check her vault for supplies,grabs some stuff for repairs,then checks the post master. Nothing. R:" You know I don't think I even asked your name, " She looks up at the Titan.

" Oh! My name is Garuud! Assassin, mercenary, Raging sex machine! At your service!" Another voice spoke up " Smooth!" Another one perked up " Yeah! All those time practicing in the mirror paid off! High five!" Garuud started to lift his arm " No high fives! We are voices in our head!" Garuud looks sad and lowers his arm. " So, whats your name?" Garuud asked.

[ I've separated things up a bit so hopefully no more jumping about] R:" Romii, pleased to make your acquaintance ...es?" She starts heading to the hangar.

[spoiler]ha-ha sweet[/spoiler] Garuud smiled " why thank you! Normally people don't acknowledge them ha-ha. So, mind telling me what happened to cause you to lose your memory?"

R:" Ok do not laugh.promise?"

" Well, I laugh at everything though... but I can promise it will not be at you!" Garuud said as they walked to the hanger

She looks right at him deadly serious but slightly embarrassed. R:" I don't remember."

" Hmmm well that is certainly odd, kind of like memory loss ception. Do you know how long ago you lost it? Where were you?" Garuud asked as he got into his ship and took off towards Mercury.

Over the comms she explains what she knows,she was found a year ago living out at the dead zone. That 18 months before that she'd been working with the vanguard one day and simply fell off the map the next. Stranger still her ghost has no records of that period.

" Well, that sounds oddly familiar haha, but hopefully we can figure out what happened." Garuud said as they landed on Mercury." Hopefully Sunbro will know what is going on with you." Garuud said as they entered the building. It was incrediablly bright and was filled with the sound of gears and machinery. As they made there way through, the bodies of smoking vex could be seen strewn about " Had a lot of fire to burn when I got it haha" Garuud chuckled. Then headed into the main building where a man sat cross legged coated in fire. " Hey Jeffrey!" He sighs " my name is not "Jeffrey"" " Yeah yeah" Garuud said. " My friend has a couple questions for you." Garuud looked at the Hunter. " Go ahead, ask."

Romii looks at the man who isn't Jeffery . R:" Do u kno anything about a Sunsinger called Trinity, if not what do you know about regaining lost memories."

The Sunsinger's eyes light up even further. "ah, this makes more sense now." " She was my disciple, possibly the best at memory retrieval and manipulation. I am better at all around disciplines, she however excelled at that particular practice." He stood up the flames around him moving with him. " But first I must know something.." With that he launched two firebolt grenades without any effort at the hunter and Garuud.

Romii sees him make the move to cast his grenades, using Garuud as a decoy/ shield , she side steps round the back of him grabbing the back of his armour with one hand she finds a handhold, springing up she puts her foot on Garuuds back and vaults off him and up onto a pillar 3 meters up.

With that Garuud used the momentum of being stepped on to lower himself into the ground and launched himself into the air using his jet boosters and landed on the wall, once there he propelled himself into the Sunsinger at high speed with a massive headbut then Garuud grabbed onto him and threw him into the Air " Hot potato!" Garuud yelled, with that the Sunsinger floated mid air and began spewing fire every before focusing on Garuud. coating him in fire.

Romii calls to the Lock not called Jeffrey R:" Catch" The flux grenade stuck to the floating warlocks foot, and when it detonated it sent him into an uncontrollable spin. She wondered if that was the best course of action as flames now seemed to be going everywhere.

That is when laughing could be heard throughout the room. Garuud comes out of the flames laughing hysterically. "Time for a burning sensation" Garuud pops his hammer and began hitting the Sunsinger with hammer after hammer causing him to spin even faster and faster until he began to look like a ball of fire. Just as he impacted the wall and caused it to crater. Garuuds hammer ran out and he laughed " Pulled a Wiley coyote!" Then Garuud walked up to the locks body where he self rezzed and put his hand up to signify defeat. He then chuckles loudly " Just wanted to make sure that you could survive where you need to go. As long as you work together, you will be fine." He pauses and looks at the Hunter " You however... I have something I could do for you." He began to move towards the hunter.

R:" yeah , fella how about you tell me what your gonna do ,before you get all touchy feely." Romii backs up a bit.

" Well, while I am not as good as Trinity. I can restore a portion of your memories. Kind of like a broad layer... It will help you determine who you are, and what skills you have." With that he shoots forward and latches onto her head and began lighting up the room and memories began flashing through her mind. reliving bits of her past. What seemed to last ages, in reality only lasted minutes. " That is the best I can do. You will find Trinity at the Vault of glass."

Images of people, places and events still without names but some seem familiar. Where before it was blank now there was the beginning of something. Romii however, still wanted to poke that warlock in the eye. Instead she graciously Thanked the Warlock not called Jeffrey.

" No thanks are needed child, you were touched by something dark. It is my job to balance it. Go to the vault, find Trinity." Garuud perked up and said " ooooo I love vaults.... except for that one though."

Romii smiles a little, then turns to Garuud, R:"Sooo, the vault of glass huh? And what do your....lot think of that then? She gestures toward the Titan twice then three times.
